Heath Martin

Plots Plus Of Arkansas

Heath Martin is the owner/operator of Plots Plus of Arkansas L.L.C. based in Conway Arkansas. He lives there with his wife, Lindsey, and their two dogs, Duke, a Border collie, and Penelope, a 13” Beagle.

Heath was raised in southeastern Oklahoma, where his passion for the outdoors first began. Growing up hunting whitetail deer and catching largemouth bass, he always dreamed of a career in the outdoor industry. To prepare himself for such a career, he received a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Biology from Arkansas Tech University.

“When I’m not planting food plots for other people in my business, you can find me actively managing food plots and wildlife habitat on my own family’s farms. Whether it’s spring turkey season or large mouth bass fishing in April, dove season in September, or the beginning of archery season for whitetail deer in October, I’m always looking forward to the next season of the year,” says Heath.

His love for the outdoors extends past hunting and fishing. He has taken his particular passion for the archery season to the next level by competing nationally on the ASA (Archery Shooters Association) 3D tournament trail. Heath has won many prestigious awards; an amateur World Championship, a 3rd place World Championship, two National Championships, a 3rd place Shooter of the Year finish, and the ever coveted Shooter of the Year award in 2006. All total he has ten top five national and world championship finishes with two top three shooter of the year finishes.
